I was diagnosed with moderate apnea, and it was suggested that I try the nighttime dental appliance to open my airway… Since I have been wearing the appliance for the past few months, I have rarely woken up with a headache, and I usually feel more rested in the morning than I did before wearing it. My husband tells me that I no longer snore. For me, it is a great alternative to a C-PAP.
